We currently offer flat-rate shipping on all container orders.

  • Flat-rate delivery fee: $650 per order

  • This fee is fixed and does not increase based on:

    • Distance or location

    • Container size or type

    • Order value

  • No hidden fees or fuel surcharges

All shipping costs are clearly displayed before checkout.


Shipping Timeframe

Universal Containers LLC offers nationwide shipping with an estimated delivery timeframe of:

5–7 business days from the date of order confirmation

Our logistics team will contact you prior to delivery to:

Delivery Method

Containers are typically delivered using tilt-bed or flatbed trucks. The delivery method will depend on container size, site conditions, and accessibility.

Customer Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the delivery site is accessible for large trucks

  • Level surface for placement

  • Clear any obstacles prior to delivery

  • Be present or designate a representative at the time of delivery (if required)

Failure to meet site requirements may result in delays or additional delivery fees.


Inspection & Condition

All containers are inspected prior to dispatch and delivered in the condition described at the time of purchase.
Photos, specifications, and condition details are available upon request before delivery.


Delivery Location & Access

It is the customer’s responsibility to confirm that the delivery location:

  • Allows truck access

  • Has sufficient turning radius

  • Complies with local regulations or zoning requirements

Universal Containers LLC is not responsible for delays caused by restricted access or improper site preparation.


Delays & Exceptions

While we make every effort to deliver within the stated timeframe, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, transportation issues, or unforeseen logistical challenges.

In the event of a delay, we will communicate updates as soon as possible.


Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries

If your container arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Notify the delivery driver immediately (if possible)

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery
