We sell new, used, refurbished, modified, and specialized shipping containers, including standard containers, reefer containers, and custom solutions.

• Confirmation of an order requires a written agreement or invoice.

3. Quotes and Orders

• Quotes are estimates and non-binding unless confirmed in writing.

• Orders are confirmed only after payment is received or authorized.

• We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders for lawful reasons.

4. Pricing, Payment, and Taxes

• All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated.

• Full or partial payment may be required before delivery.

• Customers are responsible for applicable taxes, duties, and fees unless stated otherwise.

• Payment methods accepted: bank wire, ACH, PayPal, and major credit/debit cards.

5. Shipping and Delivery

• Delivery timelines are estimates (usually 5–7 business days) and not guaranteed.

• We operate on a flat-rate delivery of $650 per order; no hidden fees.

• Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon delivery or pickup.

• Customers are responsible for ensuring site access and proper conditions for delivery.

6. Inspection and Acceptance

• Buyers must inspect containers upon delivery.

• Report visible defects within 7 days.

• Cosmetic wear (dents, rust, scratches) is normal for used containers and not grounds for return.

7. Returns and Refunds

• All sales are generally final.

• Refunds are only considered at our discretion and must be approved in writing.

• Custom or modified containers are non-refundable.

• Approved refunds may be subject to restocking, shipping, or administrative fees.

8. Warranties and Disclaimers

• Containers are sold “AS IS” and “WITH ALL FAULTS,” except where explicitly stated.

• No express or implied warranties, including merchantability or fitness for a purpose, are provided.

9. Limitation of Liability

• To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

• Maximum liability is limited to the purchase price paid for the product or service.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Universal Containers LLC and its affiliates against claims arising from:

• Improper use, installation, or modification of containers
